Bobby Davis

Robert Edward (Bobby) Davis, 73, of Plant City, Florida entered into rest on January 24, 2026. He was born on May 28, 1952 in St. Petersburg, Florida to William Robert (Bill) and Velma M. Witte Davis.

After graduating high school, he worked in the phosphate mining industry where he was a Locomotive Engineer and Supervisor. He found the love of his life, Tyna in 1985 and they shared 40 wonderful fun years together. Bobby enjoyed bass fishing, old cars, car shows, and attending the Gator Nationals.

He was known for his sense of humor, wonderful laugh, and love of old friends both two and four legged. He also loved going out and often met friends at local restaurants.

Survivors include, Tyna, his cousin Jess Davis of Texas, nieces; Margaret Ann Boswell and Patricia Cravey of Plant City, Pam Philman, Penney Aderholt, and Susan Alldredge of Lake City.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Wells Memorial, 1903 W. Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida 33563 beginning at 10:00 a.m. and will be followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
