He was born in Lufkin, Texas April 28, 1932. He was in the Air Force from the age of 18 until age 22. He met his wife Diana while he was stationed in England.
He made a career of helping others at the Veterans' Administration in Little Rock, Arkansas for 35 years. He was the director when he retired. After retirement he later moved to Plant City, Florida where he lived in Walden Lake for 25 years. His passion was playing golf with friends and visiting Epcot and Disney World with his family.
He is survived by his wife Diana (Sach) Moore of 66 years of marriage, and her brother Colin and her sisters Jenny Radtke and Dilee Foulger from Chelmsford England. His son Blane (Suzette) Moore, daughter Vicki (Russ) Muzik of Tennessee, granddaughters Jennifer, Brandi & Christopher Moore and grandson Jonathan from Little Rock, AR, Alissa and Tiffany Muzik. A brother George Wade (Diana) and his son Wade and his daughter Nikki, from Lufkin, TX.
And also his younger sister Shirley (Thomas) Moore-Shipp and daughters Laura and Rhonda of The Woodlands, Texas and many more nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is now in heaven with his father George L. Moore , brother Jack, sister Monte and mother Julia Emogene.
