ORTIZ, Catarino “Cato”, age 78, of Plant City, FL passed away on December 27, 2016. Catarino was born in Topeka, KS to Domingo and Joaquina Ortiz. He was of the Catholic faith. Catarino was a retired Air Force Master Sergeant who served in Vietnam. He was also retired from the National Security Agency where he was a GS15 Analyst.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Roberta Ortiz; stepdaughter, Melissa O’Brien (Edward); brother, Phillip Ortiz; sister, Marcella Ortiz; and two grandchildren, Casey and Shane O’Brien.
A memorial service will be at Wells Memorial Funeral Home in Plant City, FL on January 3, 2017, 1pm.
