So Cliff,Eriberto and I were supposed to open a night club. Eriberto would be in charge of the music, I would be in charge of the liquor and food and Cliff would greet the patrons... not because he couldn't do anything else but because he was so "perty". I know he's at the pearly gates greeting blessed souls, illuminating their path and hearts as he did here.

My heart breaks for the family of this wonderful man. I had the distinct honor of meeting him at AMVETS Post 26 in Dover. He stole my heart with his huge heart and broad smile. I teased him about being my "boyfriend", but he gently and ever so politely told me that I was too old for him. It became a joke with the two of us. I will miss you my special "boyfriend". Heartfelt sympathy to the family.

I had the honor and privilege of meeting Cliffy a few years ago. He was a beautiful person inside and out. I was very sad when hearing of his passing. May he be resting in peace. Delia, I do know how you feel, so please call me any time. God bless you and all the family.

Good afternoon Segarra-Figueroa. Family members friends veterans and love ones. We are here today to pay tribute and celebrate and passing and memory of Out family member Clifford. I want to start this passage by stating a factual reminder that our lives here on earth is just a journey a mission a purpose. Gods purpose to served in his own way. Clifford has completed his mission with honor and glory. As a veteran myself and to others whom have served or continue to this day a reminder of special operations warriors ethos. In each paragraph. It's starts like this I'am American I here to served my country I am a common man with uncommon valor. I will lead protect and rescue and never leave my fallen comrade behind. We will bring you home and honor your efforts. As a Puerto Rican American born and raised in this nation you like others are the true heros whom walk this earth. We remember you as a loving kind giving son father and family member. Now your new assignment is being with God our family members and the rest of our brotherhood of veterans. Life is a dash - that line between your date of brith and your passing. We are all equal because our lives are a dash but when you really think about it how important was you dash what's your purpose what's your legacy that you leave behind. You will be missed for now until we meet again in a positive note. Love you cousin. It was a honor and privilege of being apart of your life. Love you always Jr. Hiram n Lorriane. USMC.
