Elizabeth Susan Sapp, age 71, of Sebring, Florida passed away on Sunday June 17, 2018. Elizabeth was born February 1, 1947 in Adel, Georgia to Robert Lee Westmoreland Jr. and Audrey (Adkins) Westmoreland. She moved to Plant City as a young girl where she attended Cork Elementary, Tomlin Middle and Plant City High Schools. As an adult, she also worked as a cafeteria worker at Tomlin Middle School. Elizabeth also worked for Lykes and in the phosphate mines. She enjoyed the beach, watching old classics on television, fishing and playing baseball with her great grandson, Landyn.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David Sapp; and seven siblings, Carolyn Mills, Brenda Dansby, Donald Westmoreland, James Westmoreland, Kenneth Westmoreland, Myrtle "Viola" Rayburn and Janet Booth. Loving family she leaves behind are her two daughters, Lucretia Milbrecht (Grant), Robin Lewis (James Alderman); brother, Erwin Alan Westmoreland (Gail); sisters, Barbara Andrews (Ted), Judith Sparks, Edris Lawson; four grandchildren, Grant Milbrecht Jr. (Suzanne), Kelly Milbrecht (Keri), Marcy Curfman (Ralph), Mindy Milbrecht; and great grandson, Landyn Milbrecht.

A gathering for Elizabeth will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Wells Memorial and Event Center, 1903 West Reynolds Street, Plant City, FL 33563. A memorial service will occur Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
