Lekki, Jacob "Jack" 71 of Plant City, Fl., passed away February 27, 2011. He was born in Chicago, Illinois.Jack was a truck driver. He is survived by a cousin, Richard Bolakowski. Services will be held Friday March 4, 2011, 1:00 PM at St. Clement Catholic Church in Plant City. The family will receive friends Friday 7:00-9:00 PM at Wells Memorial Chapel in Plant City.
