DUNN, James Edward, age 69, of Plant City, FL was killed in a tractor accident on February 13, 2016. He was born August 3, 1946 in Croydon, PA and moved to Lakeland, FL when he was seven. He attended Catholic schools and later, Lakeland High School. In 1981, he met and married Mary Ann (Alford) Dunn.
Both parents are deceased, but he is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; sister, JoAnn Drake (Davis); two brothers, Ed (Deloris) and Michael Dunn; daughter, Shannon Bush of New York; three grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Jim worked for and retired from CF Industries. He loved fishing and diving. In the past, he had many goats and other animals that he cared for. He has also left behind two big German Shepherds to grieve along with us.
A visitation will be Saturday, February 20, 2016, 10-11:30am. From 11:30am - 12pm, those who would like to share memories will be welcome to do so. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the SPCA or other animal shelter in his honor.
