Sis Stuart, ,Leon, Joel, and Mariam. I just ran across your fathers, and husband's, obituary on the internet and was really saddened to hear about his passing. I will never forget him and your family as having a very big influence on my life as a young girl. When he pastored the Hastings Pentecostal Church, in Hastings Florida, he had a big heart for the people there in that church. He preached the Word the way it should be preach in this day. God bless each and everyone of you throughout your lives and rest assured that Bro. Stuart has ran his race, finished his course, and is in Heaven where we all want to go. God bless you!! Rubie

Daddy, I thought by now I would feel better about you leaving, but the tears and sorrow remain. I miss your beautiful smile so much. I know you are in Heaven and rejoicing with everyone you loved that went before you. You'll remain in my thoughts and in my heart for the rest of eternity. I was just outside your door when you left and I wanted to say goodbye, but I guess you didn't want me to see that. You always loved me more than anyone in my life and you always took up for me, so no one can fill this void I have now. I know you are watching me from Heaven and I promise I'll try to be good daddy. Mom said to tell you she misses you too. We're trying to take good care of her. I love you daddy. Kiss little Beatrice for me.

Your "favorite" daughter....

I was not privileged to know Mr. Stuart in earlier years but was truly blessed to know and work with him for most of the last year. He had a quick whit and a great sense of humor. He loved to talk about fishing and his family. He would go on and on about his beautiful Ethelene "prettiest gal he'd ever seen", he would always tell me how proud he was of his children but mostly we talked about the Lord and he would sing with me. I would come though his door every day and burst into what ever ol time pentecostal hymn stuck me at the time and he would say "that's a good one" and join right in singing. I miss him dearly but rejoice in his victory over the grave!
