John F. Booth passed away on May 26, 2011. He was born on September 5, 1941 in Columbus, OH. Mr. Booth was wounded by gunshot during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Silver Star Medal, the Bronze Star Medal and the Purple Heart Medal. Honorably discharged on November 30, 1970. He is predeceased by his wife, children and parents. There are no surviving relatives. Funeral Services will be at Wells Memorial Chapel, the date will be announced.
