YOUNGBLOOD, Joe, age 58, passed away in Tampa, Florida on February 20, 2017. He was born on July 28, 1958 in Plant City, Florida to Joseph and Betty Jean (Monroe) Youngblood. Joe is survived by his sister, Joeann Youngblood (Paulino Rosales) and niece, Jolancy.
