Louise Margaret Guthrie

Louise Margaret Butler Guthrie, age 91, passed away surrounded by her children at home in Brandon, Florida, on Monday, December 12, 2016. She is now reunited with her sweetheart, Wilson and her Lord Jesus.

As a young girl, Louise lived on Emeralda Island Florida with her family. After her father’s death, she relocated to Tampa Bay. She married Wilson in 1950 and lived in Hialeah, Florida until Wilson’s death in 1970. Louise moved back to the Tampa area where she lived until her death. She was generous, caring, strong, and hardworking and spent her life caring for her family and friends.

Louise is survived by her children, Wilson Jr. "Skip" (Sue) Guthrie, Sandra (Dennis) Grafton, Suzanne (Jeff) Doles, and Mark Guthrie; her grandchildren, Valerie (Don) Fiedler, Jeremy (Danielle) Grafton, Ashley (Jim) Laverty, Michael (Jennifer) Doles, Sara "Beth" (Matt) Kent, Lauren Brandimarto, Paul Brandimarto, and Jason Guillen; her great-grandchildren, Christopher (CeCe) Fiedler, Justin Fiedler, Oliva Fiedler, Victoria (Tori) Fiedler, Bria Grafton, Anthony Alletag, Laurel Wandahsega, Kayla Wandahsega, Kyle Wandahsega, Ryan Laverty, Jackson Laverty, and Hayley Doles; and her great-great-granddaughter Hope Fiedler and Hope’s new sibling, due February 2017.

Services will be held at Wells Memorial Funeral Home, Plant City, Florida on Saturday, December 17, 2016. Celebration gathering with family will begin at 10:00 AM and the Celebration of Life service will begin at 11:00 AM.
