Mabel Hampton Bush

Mabel Hampton Bush, age 93, of Plant City, Florida passed away on Tuesday March 13, 2018. Mabel was born August 10, 1924 in Sciotoville, Ohio to Jimmy and Ilda (Adams) Hampton. Mabel was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker who took care of her family and loved them dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Ilda Hampton; husband, Wilbur Curtis Bush; and four sisters, Violet H. Fox, Freda H. Dials, Joyce H. Bauer and Mary Elizabeth H. Lewis. She is survived by her son, Andy C. Bush (Sheri); daughters, Caroline Anthony (Nelson), Christina Knight, Elaine Bush; brother, Johnny M. Hampton and his wife of Brandon, FL; eight grandchildren, Todd, Rhonda, Keith, Corey, Jonathan, Cassie, Jason, Melissa; and seventeen great grandchildren, Magdalene, Ansley, Kendle, Tanner, Spencer, Ryan, Davis, Leela, Kimber, Preston, Alysa, Dalton, Landon, Peyton, Mason, Kyli and Nani.

A graveside service will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2018, 10:00am at Springhead Cemetery in Lakeland, Florida.
