I met Mary when we both attended Von Watson’s Tuesday night painting class. My strongest and fondest memory is of Mary’s big smile and infectious laugh. She was always so filled with joy. Happiness inspired by some new watercolor technique that she had read about and wanted to share. Contentment as a reflection of the love she had for her family. I miss those Tuesday nights. I hope Mary now has more joy than we can imagine – she has earned it.
