Mildred C. Vanek

VANEK, Mildred C., age 90, passed away on March 30, 2014 in Ruskin, Florida. Mildred was born in Bainbridge, Georgia to Marvin Lewis Cooper and Elnora (Day) Cooper. She was a member of the Church of Nazarene, a devout Christian who read her Bible every day and cherished her loving family. Mildred is predeceased by her husband, Frank; daughters, Peggy Brown, Deborah Williams; brothers, Marvin Cooper Jr., Thomas Cooper, James Cooper; and sister, Louise Dugan. She is survived by her son, Dennis Vanek (Linda); daughter, Paulette Williams (Don); brother, Charles Cooper; sisters, Dorothy Holt, Emma Jean Johnson; six grandchildren, Dwayne Brown, Joel Brown, Dina Williams, Denys Vanek, Donnie Williams, Frank Dennis Vanek Jr. ; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. A funeral service will be on Thursday, April 3, 2014, 11am at Wells Memorial and Event Center. Visitation will be one hour prior. Burial will take place at Sunset Memory Gardens.
