A visitation for Norman will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Wells Memorial and Event Center, 1903 West Reynolds Street, Plant City, FL 33563. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Highway 72, Sarasota, FL 34241.
