WIGGINS JR., Oscar Benjamin, age 89, of Plant City, Florida passed away on March 19, 2017. Oscar served in the US Navy as a fireman. Oscar was a family man and loved life. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and camper. He will be missed by many.
Oscar is survived by his wife of 59 years, Eileen Wiggins; two sons, Dallas R. Allen (Debbie), Benjamin Gary Wiggins (Jena); daughter, Patricia Hutchinson (Dale); three brothers, James, Donald and Bobby Wiggins; three sisters, Hilda Saliba, Betty Montgomery, Velna Russell; five grandchildren, Matthew, Kimberly, Brandi, Garrett, Amber; and eight great grandchildren. Oscar is also survived by his children, Linda Gail Wiggins and Randy Wiggins.
A memorial service with military honors will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida on Friday, April 14, 2017 at 1pm.
