CRIDER, Preston E., age 82, passed away on April 21, 2018 at his home in Plant City. Preston lived a life that exemplified his Christian faith. He was a great husband, father and friend. He will truly be missed but never forgotten in the memories in our hearts. Preston joined the United States Marine Corps after graduating high school. He then worked and retired from Farmland Industries where he was a welder.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Norma Crider; and his son-in-law, David McDuffie. Preston is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Anna R. Crider; daughter, Catherine McDuffie; son, Matthew Crider; sister Linda Grinstead (Richard); and grandson, Matthew Crider Jr.
A visitation will be on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 from 10am-11am, followed by a funeral service with military honors at 11am. Burial will be private.
