She is survived by her husband, Robert Carmack; daughter, Mandy Caveney (Tommy); sons: Terry Simone Jr., Darrell Simone, Jeffery Simone; granddaughters: Hannah Caveney, Heather Simone, Summer Taylor; great granddaughter, Sophia Simone; great grandson, Bobby Joe Taylor III; and great granddaughter on the way, Sarah Maye Taylor. Rita is also survived by sisters, Marsha Harper and Deborah Chewning; brothers: Brad McCullough, Kenny Mac McCullough, and Tim McCullough; mother in law, Freda Howell; brothers in law, Mitchell Carmack (Sharon) and Marty Carmack; and many special nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Bradford McCullough; her mother, Hazel Inez McCullough, and her brother, Richard McCullough.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, September 12, 2015, 12:00 pm at Pine Grove Baptist Church, 2300 Pine Grove Rd, Mulberry, FL 33860.
