Robert Eugene Wagner

WAGNER, Robert "Bob" Eugene, age 83 of Plant City, Florida passed away at home on October 6, 2015 with his family by his side. Bob was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Clarance and Nellie (Ellsworth) Wagner. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Plant City where he was a Stephen Minister and Elder. Bob spent a lot of time working and volunteering in the community. He was involved with the Plant City Theatre, Toastmasters, YMCA and the Plant City Visitors Center.

He was preceded in death by two sons: Clifford and Steven Wagner. Loving family he leaves behind are wife of 44 years, Barbara Wagner; two sons: Edward Strader, Michael Wagner; three daughters: Susan Finkhousen, Sharon Shoppman, Dr. Sandra Miles; sister, Patty Dreibelbis (Pastor John); 11 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

There will be a funeral service on Saturday, October 10, 2015, 11am at Hope Lutheran Church 2001 N Park Rd, Plant City. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10am. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Hope Lutheran Church.
