MILLER, Rosa Y., age 94, passed away on August 6, 2013 in Plant City. She was born on July 29, 1919 in Peru. She is survived by one son and his wife, a sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Crippled Children.
