STILL, Shirley Christine, age 91, of Plant City, Florida passed away on October 3, 2015. She moved to Plant City in 1969 from Livonia, Michigan. Shirley was a cosmetology instructor at Bela Rudolph School of Beauty and later an Avon Representative. She was a member of the St. John's Episcopal Church in Royal Oak, Michigan. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, VFW, and Cooties. She was a Girl Scout leader and a 40 year American Legion Auxiliary member.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond W. Smith and Dannelda Parrish; husband, Howard Still; and daughter, Valarie Elliott. Loving family who survive are daughters: Sherrie MacDonald (John) and Lisa Kolakowski (Keith); son in law, Dar Robart; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, 12pm at Wells Memorial Funeral Home in Plant City, Florida. Visitation will begin at 11am at the funeral home. A private burial will be held at Florida National Cemetery.
