Stuart Clay Hester

Clay jointly owned and operated a commercial fencing company, South Florida Fencing in Seffner. In Clay’s spare time, he was a volunteer Reserve Officer with the Florida Marine Patrol and then the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. He was very strong in his faith and enjoyed boating and the Bucs.

He is survived by his step son, Dustin Fowler (Allysium); brother, Colonel Wesley Hester (Nancy Carol); niece, Courtney Blair Hester; nephew, Scott Cody Hester; and ex-wife, Margaret Hester.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Wells Memorial Funeral Home, 1903 W. Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida 33563 from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. and a funeral service will be the next morning, Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. A meal will be served after the funeral ceremony. Interment will take place at Oakdale Cemetery, 800 N. Clara Avenue, Deland, Florida.
