

Teresa passed on to be with her heavenly father, after a long health battle, in the comfort of her home in the loving care of her daughter Jean and Jean’s husband Po Lehman. Teresa was born in Taunton, MA to Benny and Constance (Sadie) Berthao on December 9th 1936. She was married to her husband William “Bill” Booth on June 25, 1955 and they shared their married life together until Bill’s death in Aug, 2017.
Teresa led a busy life raising 4 biological children as well as many foster children. Among her many business endeavors, she was a Stanly Home products sales manager, a realtor and owner operator of two country gift shops (The Country Peddler in Middleburg, FL and Tomorrows Treasures in Norway, ME.)
Teresa loved to sing. When she was young, she participated in minstrel shows and she sang in the choir of Holy Family Catholic Church in E. Taunton, MA. She also loved sewing, quilting and baking. Teresa passed on many favorite family recipes and hand sewn quilts to her children and grandchildren.
Teresa is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Bill, and son Richard Booth. Teresa is survived by her sons Kenneth (Connie) and Everett (Karen) and her daughter Jean Lehman (Po). Her six grandchildren, Angela, Christopher, Catherine, Jason, Jonathan, and Everett; five great grandchildren, Trevan, Evelyn, Conor, Evan and Wyatt; sisters, Maria Holloway and Bernadette Masterson; and brother, Robert Berthao (Dianne).
Committal service will take place at a later date at the Florida National Cemetery Bushnell, FL.
