Vashti moved to New Mexico with her husband, Francis, and then returned to Florida in 1983. She was a member of Welcome Baptist Church and loved children, playing cards, games, sewing and crocheting. She always had a smile on her face and was always making people laugh.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis E. Hall; son, Larry W. Hall; and six siblings, Lona, Riley, Oliff, Milton, Chester and Charlie.
Loving family who survive are her daughter, Rita Hall; niece, Jerry Hawkins; four grandchildren, Jason Kipp Hall, Jerel keith Hall, Jon Kevin Hall and Kyle Jameson Hall; and four great grandchildren, Stella, Marin, Sage and Isaac.
A visitation for Vashti will be held Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Welcome Baptist Church, 11308 Welcome Church St., Lithia, Florida 33547. A funeral service will occur Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 11:00 AM, 11308 Welcome Church St., Lithia, Florida 33547. A burial will occur at Welcome Cemetery, 2437 Welcome Rd, Lithia, Florida 33547.
