Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Daisy Mae Fletcher; and his brother, Dennis Fletcher.
Loving family who survive are his wife of 42 years, Margie "Diane" Fletcher; son, Douglas Porter (Melody Boston); daughters, Alice Barton (Glenn), Kim Cantine (Gerald), Tiffani Gentry (Jamie), Courtney Fletcher (Brandon); granddaughter, Alyssa Harmazinski; and many other grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Debbie Simpson (Buck) and Linda Allen.
A Celebration of Life at the family home will be on Sunday, March 18, 2018, 2pm.
