Angela Mary dos Santos

Born in Mandeville, Jamaica on April 18, 1958, Angela Mary dos Santos, passed away, on Saturday February 8, at the age of 55 years. She is survived by her children Jonathan Larivière and James Larivière and their father Eric Larivière, as well as her siblings Gary, Gerry, Deborah, Errol, David, Claire, Michael, Mary, Dennis, and Gloria. From an early age Angela's passions were ballet and dance, ultimately leading her to a professional career with Les Grands Ballets de Montréal and Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal which ended much too quickly due to an injury. She earned a Bachelor of Education degree and was deeply attached and moved by the elementary school students under her care. Her quick generosity and free spirit will be missed by the friends and family that she touched. The dos Santos and Larivière families would like to thank the staff of the Lakeshore General Hospital and the West Island Palliative Care Residence for their care of Angela during the past three years. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14th, 2014 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home in Pointe-Claire, QC. A funeral mass will be held Saturday February 15, 2014 at 11:00am at Saint Edmund of Canterbury Church, Beaconsfield, QC. Burial is planned in the spring.

Malheureusement, sa carrière s'est terminée due à une blessure. Angela a obtenu un baccalauréat en Éducation et elle a été profondément attachée et touchée par ses élèves du primaire qu'elle a eu sous son aile. Sa générosité ainsi que son esprit libre manqueront à sa famille et à ses amis qu'elle a côtoyés.Les familles dos Santos et Larivière tiennent à remercier les employés dévoués de l'Hôpital général du Lakeshore et du Centre de soins palliatifs de l'Ouest-de-l'Île pour leur service

incroyable pendant 3 ans.Des dons pour ce centre de soins seraient grandement appréciés (www.wipcr.ca ).Les visites auront lieu le vendredi 14 février 2014 de 18 h à 21 h à la résidence funéraire Collins Clarke MacGillivray White. le service commémoratif aura lieu ce samedi 15 février 2014 à 11 h à l'église St-Edmund of Canterbury.L'enterrement aura lieu au printemps.
