Connie Givis-Iacovelli died peacefully on April 1, 2025 at the age of 80. She is survived by her husband Michael, children Lori (Frank) and Mark, and her grandchildren Justin (Jessica), Benjamin and Kaitlyn. Her passing could not have occurred on a more meaningful day – her eldest son Steven's birthday, who died too young in 2001.
Connie brought life and vigour to everything she did. She could be pragmatic and industrious, but always went about life with humour and joy that was infectious to everyone around her.
The funeral will take place Thursday, April 10th at 1 pm at St. Edmund of Canterbury Church in Beaconsfield. Visitors are welcome at the church starting at 12 pm am for visitation. A reception in the church hall will follow the ceremony.
