OBITUARY DAVID JOHN NEWTON December 29, 1931-February 8, 2011 Unexpectedly, but peacefully on February 8, 2011, cherished husband of 46 years to Denise Therriault. Greatly missed by his sisters Mary (Ohio) and Jean (Stockport, UK). Doting father to Rodney (Sandra Harvey) and Pamela (Jim Cobb). "Umpa" will be greatly missed by his 5 grandchildren Brandon, Claudia, Anne, Hunter and Sydney who will always remember him for his love of music. David was a Jazz enthusiast, tennis player, a teacher and a Designing Engineer. He spent his summers tending his garden and enjoying the outdoors.
