My Name is Joe Vila. I knew your father Doug from as far back as 1982. He served as secretary for 12 years for the PQRA. (Province of Quebec Rifle Association ). I will always remember him as a good man. He was always happy and smiling. 

The directors of the PQRA have asked me if there is an address that they can forward a card too on behalf of the association.

Doug will always be remembered by all the members of the Pointe Claire Rifle Club as a great sportsman in target shooting. Many hours over the years of his membership have been spent by him sharing his firearm knowledge with members at the target range. His presence will still be felt but he'll be sorely missed.
