Frances (Bradshaw) Waters

Beloved wife of the late George L. Waters (d: 1982). Cherished mother of George (Pat)- Montreal, Cynthia Shoji (Reg)- Mississauga and Alex (Jocelyn)- Victoria. Adored Granny of Leslie (Adam), Mark (Stephanie), Carolyn (Andrew), Sarah-Jane, Robert, Kylie, Karsten and 6 great-grandchildren- Alexandra, Cameron, Emily, Chelsea, Abigail and Norah. Predeceased by sister Doris Bean (1955) and brother J. David Bradshaw (2009).

Mum was very thankful for her loving family, dear friends and caring extended family (special thanks to Mike & Mary Ann Bean). She will be deeply missed.

Born in Stratford, ON to Harold and Vina Bradshaw, Frances graduated with a BA from Western, where she played on the Badminton team. Married life was enjoyed in Toronto, Montreal and for the most part, Dundas ON. Fran valued volunteer work at Christ’s Church Cathedral (Hamilton), Art Gallery of Hamilton and Hamilton Golf and Country Club (past member of all 3). She also enjoyed playing Bridge, travelling and was a decades-long supporter of the Stratford Festival Theatre.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Stratford, at a later date.

The family would like to extend thanks to the caring staff (special thanks to Patricia, Joy, Anthony, Opie) at Sunrise Senior Living, DDO, Quebec.
