Jennifer passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital, after a long battle with cancer that she fought with grace, dignity and tremendous courage. Survived by her loving husband Rick after 41 years together, and her daughters Shannon (Mathieu) and Riley (Dimitri).
Beloved sister of Joanne (Gerry), Gail (Kevin), John (Annette) and Eby (Jan). Jennifer is predeceased by her mother Iona Cooper, and father Hugh Banfill. She is adored by her in-laws Madeleine and Lloyd Wilson, as well as her sister-in-law Joanne (George). She will be fondly remembered by her nephews, nieces, colleagues and cherished friends. We will miss Jenny's beautiful smile and her kindness.
Jennifer had a wonderful career at Future Electronics for 34 years. Thank you to Mr. Miller and the Future family for all of their support. We would also like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Layla Shbat and the kind and caring staff at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
The visitation will take place at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home - 222 Autoroute 20, Pointe Claire on July 22nd from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. There will be another short visitation on July 23rd from 10-11am. The funeral service will take place on July 23rd at 11am, followed by a reception.
