25-04-1940/24-05-2011 After a courageous decade long battle with cancer, it is with great sadness that her loving spouse of 30 years announces her passing. She will be missed by her husband, Jean Claude, her brother Sietse Van Zwol and his wife Elizabeth,
their children : Jeffrey, Joanne and Jenny and her sister Ibel and her children:
Emily and Elizabeth.
Joanne enjoyed arts, books, cats, cooking, languages, classical music, plano , tennis, traveling and her many friends. On her behalf, I want to thank her oncologist: Dr. Pollack, her pain management specialist: Dr. Lapointe and her
orthopedic surgeon: Dr. Antonio of the Jewish General for giving her hope..
