Patsy Whitten Waugh

Patsy Whitten Waugh, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend, passed away on January 22, 2025. Born to Stella Whitten and Charles Whitten, she dedicated her life to her family and cherished every moment spent with them.

Patsy is survived by her only living brother, Robert Whitten (Karen), her daughters Joselyn and Barbara, her sons Billy (Deborah) and Bobby (Diane), and her ex-daughter-in-law, Alice.

She was the proud grandmother of Kristina (Alex), Kyle, Shannon (Ernie), and Shawn, and she delighted in the love of her great-grandchildren: Anabelle, Kassandra, Shalyn, Sharisse, Elouise, and Jamie. Additionally, she leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and friends who will remember her warmth and kindness.

Patsy was predeceased by her husband, William Waugh Sr., as well as her siblings Eugene, Doug, Reggie, Louise, and Gary Whitten.

Her greatest accomplishment was her family, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. In her own words, “This is not a forever goodbye but a bye bye for now.”

A memorial service to celebrate Patsy's life will be held at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Homes, located at 5610 Sherbrooke St W, Montreal, Quebec H4A 1W5. Visitation will be on Thursday January 30, 2025 from 4pm-8pm, followed by a funeral service on Friday January 31, 2025 at 11am.
