

She will be remembered by her surviving son, Brian Adorno; her
daughter-in-law, Nilsa Adorno; her grandchildren, Brian, Justin, Jonathan, and Daniel; her sisters Esther, Eva, Miriam, and Haydee; her nieces and nephews; and many cherished cousins. Her memory will live forever in the hearts of her family and loved ones.
Born in July 1939 in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico as the first born of three surviving sisters. Her family relocated to New York City while she was in her young teenage years and graduated High School in 1957. She married Aristides Adorno in 1966 and gave birth to their only son Brian Adorno, in 1967. In 1992 she welcomed her first
grandson, followed by three more grandsons over time. Aida worked over 20 years as a librarian at AIG before retiring In 2004.
She relocated to Florida in 2006, living in Tamarac until her passing where she enjoyed crocheting, planting, and watching TV shows.
Visitation will be held on May 17, 2026, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Kraeer Funeral Home, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064, US.
