There is not a day that goes by where I don't think of you and smile then cry a little. You are my brother, my best friend the only person who knew exactly how it was growing up and we shared so many memories together that are forever engraved in me. I miss you so much, Alex. We used to promise each other we wouldn't leave one of us alone. I'm so hurt, but have faith that you are at peace. Don't ever let your spirit leave my side. I love you.

The Escola (school) Puig d'Arques team feels deeply sad by the news of Alex's passing. We'll keep little life moments, precious ones, in our hearts from the months we spent together. We are still having in our minds pictures of Àlex sitting on the school's library sofa, reading thick books, with a cap on his head, relaxing himself from an exhausting morning with our children. 
He was also very much interested about our traditions and culture. 
All of us can remember, for sure, how he did like to talk and share reflections about life. 

All of us will always remember his way of being and the time we enjoyed together.

We share our home and our lives with Alex for two and a half months, just before he came back to US June's first. 
Now we're shocked to hear about that extremely sad news. 
It's so hard to believe...
 Berta, me and our children we'll keep for ever you in our memories, the great basketball matches in tuesdays, your first time trying rockclimbing, you look so fun hanged up there bro, and your polite way to say us our meals were too "healthy" for you. The time you spent with us make us grow up as a family. We'll keep you in our hearts. Our sincere condolences to Alex's family.
