Musumeci, Alexis, 24, of Wisconsin, passed away on September 26, 2015. Alexis' presence and charisma captured the attention of all near her. In the Air Force, not only did she make Staff Sargeant on her first attempt, she was also awarded the John Levitow Award, the highest honor presented at USAF Airman Leadership School. Alexis graduated with an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force. She preceded in death by their father, Joseph Musumeci and grandfather, Salvatore Musumeci. Alexis is survived by her mother, Martha Canizares; sister, Bianca Alvarez; uncle, Abner Canizares; grandparents; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family. She was loved and will be missed by all.
