She was born in Dallas, Texas on August 11, 1929. She loved Texas, her church, her friends, and family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Florence Clark, her former husband, Clifford Noe, and many friends and family. She is survived by her five children and their spouses, Cliff (Sally), Bruce (Barbara), Jeff (Debbie), David (Shawn), and Mary Jane (Bob), as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
