Beverly Ann Buss

Beverly Ann (Cressman) Buss, resident of Port St. Lucie, passed away on February 1st, 2018 at the age of 74. Beverly was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on November 24, 1943. Her husband, Barry Buss, preceded her, in death. She is survived by her two sons: Scott Buss and Marc Buss; daughter-in-law, Tracy Buss; granddaughters: Ashley Buss and Karlee Buss; and three great-grand children: Calleah Gutierrez, Presley Lopez, and Peter Lopez III. She is also survived by her brother, Thomas Cressman. Beverly, like her husband, served Broward County for many years in the law enforcement field. She was a community service aide, an accident investigator, a court deputy, and a police officer, working for Boca police department, Tamarac police department, and the Broward Sheriff’s Office. She loved dogs, particularly Schnauzers! She volunteered her free time to Schnauzer Love Rescue, where she helped find homes for dogs that needed them.
