

Claudine was a faithful, loyal, devoted, and thoughtful individual. She was a resident of Orlando, Florida, at the time of her passing.
Claudine grew up in France, spending most of her time in Paris and her summers in the small village of Nogent-le-Rotrou, where her family had a summer house. After school, she left Paris to begin a long career in dance, spending many years touring Europe with a dance company until she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in November of 1962. While in Las Vegas, Claudine was a member of the famed “Folies Bergere” dance troop at the Tropicana Hotel, where she performed for many years. During this time, Claudine filmed movie scenes with Elvis, performed on the Ed Sullivan show, and rubbed elbows with the Rat Pack. In the 1970s, Claudine began spending her winters in Miami Beach, Florida. While in Miami, Claudine met her husband Herbert Finkelstein, who was also involved in the local entertainment industry. Claudine and Herb were married in 1974, and in 1975 she gave birth to her son Andrew. After the birth of her son, Claudine retired from the entertainment industry and eventually became a dedicated esthetician in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In the early 1990s, Claudine opened her own skin care salon on Las Olas Boulevard known as Paris Visage. After retiring, Claudine moved to West Palm Beach, Florida with her husband and later to Orlando, Florida to be closer to her son and family. Claudine was known for her commitment to her work, her friends, and her family, and was a happy and welcoming person, who always exhibited positive energy.
Claudine was predeceased by her spouse, Herbert Finkelstein, on April 22, 2019. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Shelby Finkelstein, and her cherished grandchildren, Ella, Oliver, and Hazel Finkelstein.
Funeral services will be held at Kraeer Funeral Home, Hibiscus Room, located at 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL, 33064, on September 27, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A committal service will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens North, at the same address, at 3:00 pm.
Claudine will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
