

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday August 14, 2021 at Kraeer Funeral Home at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Rob Pacienza of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, officiating. His ashes will be scattered near his favorite mangrove island in the Keys.
Dave was born in Patachogue, NY to Barbara Haynes Williams and Richard Anthony Haynes on July 30, 1957. He grew up in Fort Lauderdale and attended Floranada Elementary, Rickards Middle, and Northeast High. He was an exceptional wrestler and placed 4th in the Florida State High School Wrestling Tournament his Senior Year. He married Shea Hunt on April 23, 1988 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He owned and operated Native Pool and Spa for 35 years. Dave was an avid outdoorsman and spent much of his time Fishing and Lobstering in the Florida Keys and Hunting in the Everglades. He loved 4-wheeling and boating, especially Air Boating which became a passion of his later in life. Without a doubt his true love and proudest achievement was being dad to Tanner and Torre.
David is preceded in death by his father Richard, and grandparents Ircy (Bobbie) and Vito Bruno and Walter and Helen Haynes. Dave is survived by his children; David Tanner Haynes, and Torre Shea Haynes, Mom; Barbara Williams; brother Rick (wife Diane) Haynes; nieces and nephews; Aubree (Haynes) Davis and husband Jon Davis, Kevin Haynes and wife Katy (Jagusztyn) Haynes, Marlee (Haynes) Strah and husband Dustin Strah, Ryanne Hanna, Dalton Hanna, Natalie Hunt, Kyle Hunt, and Kian Hunt; great nieces and nephews Griffin, Cooper, Perry, Harlow, and Deacon Haynes and Juliette Strah; aunts Doreen Munson, Sharon Berhans, and Linda Homer. And a cast of characters that were so important to him including Danielle Stella, Steve Iuen, Larry and Marleen Kaydes, Bob (Wheats) Kelly, Chris Courson, Rusty Flannagan, Rick Magrini, and the whole Fell Swoop Team – “Millions Working to Help Thousands through Technology”.
