Arrived in Queens, New York on May 22, 1958
Departed from Lighthouse Point, Florida and from all those who love her dearly on June 30, 2012
She suffered many years of pain from injuries caused by an automobile accident and a disease known as RSD. The Lord called her home to relieve her of that pain and to give her everlasting life.
She leaves behind her loving husband Lee, her adored daughter Kathy, step daughters - Jennifer (grandchildren - Hanna and Kyle), Amanda (grandchild - Jaiden, significant other-Chris), Parents, Joseph and Audrey Crimi, brothers Ricky and Rob Crimi as well as an ocean of friends and her best friends - Precious, Princess and newest to the group, Oscar. If you knew Debbie at all you knew one of her greatest love was for her animals. They were always by her side as she was always by their side day and night.
Debbie's grandchildren give her a new love she had never experienced before. She loved being with them and they made her happy. She was amazed on how fast they grew every time she seen them and loved her daily kisses and hugs from Jaiden. They will miss their Grandma Debbie.
Debbie also had a love of the ocean. Whenever she was able, her and Lee would enjoy a ride in the boat. Most recently they enjoyed an air show from on the ocean with some of their family and friends aboard.
Debbie had degrees in Psychology and Sociology and graduated from Rider University in 1980. From 1989 to 2003 she was employed as a Jr. Accountant for Pueblo International of Pompano Beach, Florida. She was forced to retire due to hospitals stays from back surgeries to try to relieve her pain.
In lieu of flowers the family would like you to make a donation to the RSD Foundation in her name. Let's together find a cure.
