Nana Banana will always be in our hearts. She loved unconditionally and brightened the lives of all those who knew her. My favorite memories of Nana are the times in which we all sat in the family room and listened to her stories. She and Pop Pop were world travelers and shared so much wisdom with the rest of us. I can only aspire to be as the kind of grandmother that she was to me. Beautiful, kind-hearted, classy, devout, loyal, and lets not forget cuddly. I love you, Nana--always and forever. Say hello to Pop Pop and Uncle Terry for me."Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." Prov 3:5

Nana, I wish I was able to spend more time with you and had the chance to know you better, but distance got in the way. I know you are now in a happy place with Papa and my dad. Love always, Erica

Mom,
Everyone who met you knew what an extraordinary lady you were, but I experienced what an extraordinary mother you were to your five children. In addition, all of your grandchildren know they are blessed to have had you for their Nana. I will carry your love, silly sense of humor, and memory in my heart always. I am sad today, but I rejoice that you have been reunited with Dad, Terry and our Lord Jesus. I love you, Mom.

Mom,
Everyone who spent even a few minutes with you knew what an extraordinary lady you were, but I experienced what an extraordinary mother you were to your five children. In addition, all of your grandchildren know they were blessed to have had you for their Nana. You made us all feel loved and special. I will carry that love and your laughter and the memory of your silly spirit in my heart always. I am sad that you are gone, but I rejoice that you have been reunited with Dad, Terry and our Lord Jesus. I love you Mom.

Although you were not our Nana, we happily called you Nana over the past 19+ years that we have known you through Lauren and the Abel family. Each time you visited Minnesota, we looked forward to your hugs and quick smile! We love a good sense of humor, and it was obvious that you enjoyed the light hearted and silly things in life too. We are so happy that you are in the arms of your Lord, reunited with your loving partner and your son... God bless you always...

Mom I will always remember you for your love of babies, animals, witty sense of humour and many quotes! "Every dog has his day" and "What comes around goes around" to name just a few ! Words to live by! So whenever I hear a witty joke or classic quote I will think of you and have a little chuckle! I know that you are happy now in heaven with daddy, Terry, my girl, and Frodoe! He is your dog until I get there! Give everyone a OX from me! Much love, Marcy

Nana,

Thank you for caving and giving me the red remote control car hidden in the top of the closet after I not-so-subtly hinted at if for two years. You made me a very happy 8 year old. Please make sure you and PopPop come back and visit often. Love you.
