Douglas Wade Allen, 53, of Royal Palm Beach, passed away suddenly on Friday, April 26, 2013 in Orlando, Florida. Doug was born on December 12, 1959 in Hialeah, Florida, a son of Robert and Dorothy Allen. He graduated from Plantation High School in 1978. He worked for Publix as a Meat Manager for 30 years where he made many friends. He enjoyed working with people and was always the life of the party. He enjoyed spending his days off with his Daughter, Tessa. He loved fishing, football, marvel comics, and was a softball player for many years.
Surviving Doug is 2 Daughters; Candice Allen and Tessa Allen; 3 Brothers Keith Allen, Timothy Allen, and Ryan Allen; 1 Sister Julie Fasano; 4 nieces Mellisa Latham, Krystal Allen, Kaitlyn Allen, and Kaylee Allen: 1 nephew Kevin Allen; as well as other relatives and friends
The family will receive friends during a Memorial gathering at Forest lawn Funeral Home North, 200 West Copans road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
