Elmer Joseph Hockman who would have celebrated his 93rd birthday on December 26th went home to be with his Lord & Savior on December 3, 2018. A longtime resident of Florida, he was originally from Washington D. C. His full & happy life was highlighted by his love of family, friends, his profession as an electriction/ life safety coordinator and cruising the world.
