Francine Singer Blackeller, 71, of Tamarac passed away on January 10, 2019. She was born in Bronx, New York to parents, Nancy (nee Griffiths) and Earl Singer. She grew up in Queens and Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Julia Richmond High School in Manhattan. Francine attended the School of Performing Arts in Manhattan for 3 years, she appeared in many Off Broadway Stage Productions. Francine worked for the US Post Office and retired from the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority.
She is survived by her loving husband, partner and friend forever of 30 years, Doug; sisters, Dorothy Romney of GA and Denise Reed of OH; brother, Lawrence Singer of FL; stepson, Renoir Blackeller; loving pets, Puma, Panther and the Princess. She will be missed by all.
