

Frank Bauman Jr., a beloved and friendly individual, passed away on February 5, 2026, at the age of 82. Born on November 27, 1943, in Brooklyn, New York, Frank was a great friend to many and cherished by those who knew him.
Frank honorably served in the Army for three years before being discharged. He was an entrepreneur at heart, owning and operating his own landscaping company. On September 9, 1967, he married Joanne (nee: Jensen) Bauman, and together they formed a close-knit family. Frank was a devoted father to his son, Frank Bauman III. He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Katherine (nee: Simmons) Bauman Sr., and his brother, John Bauman.
Though he lived in New Jersey all his life, Frank was a snowbird who enjoyed spending time in Deerfield Beach, Florida. His personal interests included fishing, supporting his favorite minor league baseball team, the Atlantic City Surf, and going on cruises. Frank was well-known for his culinary skills, particularly his specialty soups such as Split Pea and Beef Barley with Lamb. He treasured his morning walks and frequently enjoyed dining out with friends. Frank, Joanne, and their son were often referred to as the three musketeers due to their close bond.
A Visitation will be held at Kraeer Funeral Home, 200 W. Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064, on Monday, February 23, 2026, in the Hibiscus Room, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church, located at 380 Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441, on February 24, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Following the service, a Committal Service will take place at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068, at11:15 am.
Frank's friendly nature and the joy he brought to those around him will be dearly missed.
