George is survived by his wife Rosalie of 45 years, children John (Patty), Freddy, Pamela, Janet (Bob). Grandchildren, Johnny, Nicole (Stephen), Freddy, Chris, and Caroline. George (who preceded him in death).
Great grandchildren, Drew, Wyatt, and Jaden.
George will always be remembered as the Patriarch of the Charos family. Loving husband, father and Papua. Through hard work, perseverance, and commitment George taught his family that any dream is possible. He shared his love for being on the ocean and boating for many years.
Through many hardships, George preserved and opened up several businesses after his honorable discharge of the US Army.
George, Rosalie and family especially enjoyed and have so many fond memories of their sandwich shop in NYC, Super Express.
