Gloria was born in Garrett, Indiana to Earnest and Zelpha Steward on January 11, 1934. She went to school in Spencerville, Indiana. Gloria married David Blackmur on October 15, 1991, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She worked as a Claims Assistant for HIP Healthplan of Florida for 12 years. Gloria was involved in The Order of the Eastern Star. She received The Easter Star Worthy Matron.
Gloria is preceded in death by her husband, David Blackmur, and brother William Steward).
Gloria is survived by sons, James Tyler, Scott Tyler (Jennifer), and Eric Bowles, Grandchildren, Lauren (Ted) Saridakis, Ryan Tyler, and Michael Tyler.
The burial will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens). Arrangements are by Kraeer Funeral Home.
