Harold Patrick Higgins

Harold P Higgins passed away on April 8, 2022 at the age of 72. Born on November 11, 1949 in Waterbury, Connecticut. His battle with leukemia showed his courage and determination to survive, but despite that he succumbed to his illness. He graduated business college in New York with a Bachelors degree. He loved baseball and umpiring was a passion of his, every year he would travel to New York's Baseball Hall of Fame area to umpire for teams coming from all over America to compete. He loved being and sharing his love of baseball with all the kids. He leaves behind 2 daughters, Stephanie and Cheryl, and 2 grandchildren, Aidan and Paityn.

Harry was saved by Jesus and baptized. He attended church at Calvary Chapel Parkland where he loved to attend and worship. We all celebrate his new life in heaven. We love and miss him and know he would say "play ball"!

A visitation for Harold will be held Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Kraeer Funeral Home, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. A funeral service will occur Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 12:00 PM, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. A reception will occur Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. A committal service will occur Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 2:30 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.
