I loved you with my whole heart, and i would have married you if you had asked... but you never wanted to get remarried and we ended up going our separate ways.  You were buried on my birthday, and you will forever be linked to me in my memories. i hope you thought of me often and smiled, i know i always will think of you and think happy thoughts. i miss you, i always did. i love you jack, but you always knew that. and that's a comfort to me.

Jack my daddy today is the day will miss you love you think about you all the time you know my situation from heaven why i can't go miss calling you all the time hearing your voice and your talks with me 🙏 for mark and the family REST IN PEACE

I always felt like a step son to you, now rest my friend and enjoy the Peace you were given, you will be missed 

Sad to see you leave us, my friend, good neighbor,  sweet man.  We will miss all our talks, ( fireside chats).  Rest in peace Jack. Love Leslie and John Thomas 

He was 7 months and 11 days my senior. 
We shared some memorable chats over the phone and I'll remember him as gentle, funny, family loving and above all, a gentleman. 
I regret not having the opportunity of personally meeting him.
